We stress to our new puppy owners that 9 to 12 weeks is the best time to acquire a Frenchie. If you send a deposit you will need to give a specific date for pick up. It cannot go past that date that you select for pick up more than a week, or you will forfeit your deposit or pay boarding fees up to $20 a day. If we are shipping puppy to you, the buyer will need to pay the cost of shipping and full cost of the puppy needs to be paid for before being sent by bank wire, money order, or cashier’s check. Checks sent will need to clear before the puppy will be sent. 5 to 7 days is normal for it to clear. If you are using your credit card you can use paypal for full payment. (There is a 3.75 percent paypal fee that is added to the purchase/adoption of the puppy.) Health certificate, and second or third shots will be done 8 to 10 days prior to shipment. We do not want your puppy to have stress of shots and shipping at the same occurrence. So we do the vaccines earlier. In certain scenarios, we will drive part way to transition your puppy, you can pay the balance at pick up with cash ONLY. No checks in this case, only cash payment.Any comments or suggestions to give you and your family a better adoption experience is appreciated.
